Typical design consultations often address space planning needs, furniture arrangements, STYLING SOLUTIONS, COLOUR SCHEMES OR REVIEWING EXISTING REMODEL PLANS.
Fee $150 + TAX
NSDG offers onsite consultations for new builds & renovations, in which WE ASSIST CLIENT IN material SPECIFICATION, propose colour schemes, advises on furniture layout, and recommend suppliers. Post consult, clients will be provided with de-briefing notes. Follow up questions are welcomed as the project unfolds.
An onsite consultation takes 2-3 hours
fee $1200.00 + TAX
Step 1: Consultation -- During the consultation we discuss your design needs and introduce you to our company.
Step 2: Client & Designer Agreement -- An estimate of our design fees will be given to you & agreement is signed.
STEP 3: BUDGET & BUILDER -- CLIENT DETERMINES A PROJECT BUDGET & SELECTS PROJECT BUILDER (IF PROJECT REQUIRES).
Step 4: Design Plans & Presentation -- We create a cohesive design plan and present our concepts through the use of drawings, floor plans, fabric memos, paint samples and other material selections.
Step 5: Implementation -- Once you’ve approved the final design, furnishings, fixtures and materials are ordered AND CONTRACTED WORK BEGINS, .
Step 6: Delivery & Installation -- When all of your furnishings have arrived AND WORK IS COMPLETED, we oversee the delivery & installation of everything for you.
The introductory consultation for a full-service design package costs $150.
If you proceed with a design project, the consultation fee will be credited back to the project fee.
